INDUSTRIES
Packaging solutions for different industries
ALLWINS develops packaging around your product characteristics, barrier needs, branding goals and filling process — for protection, shelf appeal and operational efficiency across every industry.

Industries we serve
Each of these is a different problem. Every one has a page that says what it does to a pack and which formats answer it.

Coffee & tea
Degassing valves, aroma retention and high-barrier laminates for roasted beans, ground coffee and loose leaf.

Ready meals
Retort pouches, oven-safe CPET trays and modified-atmosphere packs for chilled, frozen and shelf-stable ranges.

Pet food
Heavy-duty pouches built for fat migration, puncture and carry weight, plus retort formats for wet food.

Meat, fish & seafood
Vacuum, skin-pack and gas-flushed formats in nylon structures that survive bone, shell and a vacuum.

Frozen & chilled
Structures that stay flexible below zero, freezer-grade adhesives and anti-fog lidding for cold display.

Snacks & bakery
Roll stock for fast lines, ten-colour printing, and kraft and compostable structures for short shelf lives.

Supplements
Moisture and oxygen barrier for powders and actives, with desiccants, tamper evidence and a label a regulator reads.

Pharmaceutical
Aluminium structures, HDPE containers, pharmaceutical-grade desiccants and serialised, tamper-evident labels.

Cosmetics & personal care
Structures chosen against the formulation, refill and sample formats, and finishes that survive a bathroom shelf.

Key Information
ALLWINS publishes nine industry pages — coffee, pet food, ready meals, meat and seafood, frozen food, snacks and bakery, supplements, pharmaceutical, and cosmetics — because the same pouch drawing needs a different laminate underneath depending on what goes in it.
- Nine industries are covered, each with its own formats, structures and evidence requirements.
- The product, not the pack, decides the structure: fill temperature and shelf life narrow it faster than any other input.
- Coffee needs a degassing valve and an OTR below about 1 cc/m²/day.
- Retort ready meals need a structure qualified at 121 °C or 135 °C.
- Pharmaceutical and supplement packs carry the tightest moisture limits and the heaviest documentation.
Why does packaging differ by industry?
Because the product decides the pack. The same stand-up pouch drawing can need a foil laminate for coffee, a puncture-resistant nylon layer for pet food, and a retort-qualified sealant for a ready meal.
Which industries does ALLWINS cover?
Coffee and tea, pet food, ready meals, meat and seafood, frozen and chilled food, snacks and bakery, supplements, pharmaceutical, and cosmetics and personal care.
What should I send to get an industry-specific recommendation?
The product, the fill temperature, the shelf life and the machine. Those four settle most of the structure before appearance is discussed.
