Terms of use

These terms cover the use of this website. They are not the terms of a sale: those are set out in the quotation we send you and in the order confirmation that follows it, and where the two differ, the quotation governs.

What the catalogue is

The catalogue describes what ALLWINS Group can supply. It is a description, not an offer capable of acceptance: nothing on this site becomes a contract by being read, filtered or added to a quote request.

Specifications, barrier ratings, temperature ranges and structures are taken from our suppliers’ datasheets and are accurate to the best of our knowledge. They describe a material’s normal performance, not a guarantee of how it will behave with your product, on your line, in your climate. Where performance matters, ask for samples and test them.

Quotations

A quotation states what it covers, for how long it stands, and on what terms. Outside that period, or for a quantity, structure or specification other than the one quoted, the price is not binding.

Minimum order quantities, lead times and tooling costs shown or discussed before a quotation are indicative. The quotation is where they become definite.

An order is accepted when we confirm it in writing, not when it is placed.

Samples and artwork

Samples are supplied so that you can test a material against your own product. A sample approved for one structure does not approve a different one.

Artwork you send us stays yours. You confirm that you have the right to use it and that printing it will not infringe anyone else’s trade mark, copyright or design right, and you accept responsibility if it does. We print from the proof you approve; once approved, a print run is not returnable for a reason visible on that proof.

What belongs to whom

The text, photographs, drawings, layout and structure of this site belong to ALLWINS Group or to those who licensed them to us. You may read, print and share pages for the ordinary purpose of considering us as a supplier.

You may not copy the catalogue wholesale, scrape it, republish it as your own, or use our name or marks in a way that suggests a relationship that does not exist.

Using the site

Use it as it is meant to be used. Specifically, do not:

• try to break into, overload or interfere with the site or the servers behind it
• submit anything through the forms that is unlawful, or that is not yours to send
• take the catalogue’s contents by automated means for a competing listing

What we do not promise

We keep this site accurate and available, but we do not promise it is free of error or never interrupted. Prices, availability and specifications change, and a page may be out of date between the change and its correction.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss that follows from relying on the site alone rather than on a quotation, a datasheet or a tested sample. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

This site links to the ALLWINS packaging machinery site and may link to others. We do not control what they publish and are not responsible for it.

Changes

We may change these terms. The version on this page when you use the site is the version that applies, and the date below says when it last changed.

Which law applies

This is the one thing a website cannot decide for itself. It depends on where ALLWINS Group is registered and where it sells.

TO CONFIRM: the governing law and the courts that settle a dispute. For a Chinese exporter selling into many markets this is a commercial decision, not a drafting one — it belongs with whoever advises ALLWINS on its export contracts, and the answer should match what the quotation and order confirmation already say.
