Privacy policy

This policy covers allwinsgroup.net and the Packaging Materials pages within it. It does not cover the separate packaging machinery site, which publishes its own.

TO CONFIRM: the legal entity that controls this data, its registered address and company number, and the address a privacy question should be sent to.

What we collect, and when

We collect nothing about you until you send it. Browsing the catalogue, opening a product, filtering or searching leaves no record tied to you.

Two forms on this site ask for information, and both are plainly marked:

• Contact ALLWINS — your name, company, email, phone number, country, the kind of enquiry, and your message.
• Request a Quote — the same details, plus what you want quoted: the product, format, material, quantity, and anything you add about the specification.

You choose what to put in these. Nothing beyond the marked required fields is needed for us to answer you.

Why we hold it

To answer you, to prepare a quotation, and to keep a record of what was quoted so that a later order matches it. That is the whole of it. We do not build profiles, we do not score leads, and we do not sell or rent what you send us to anyone.

A quotation often needs a price or a lead time from a factory. Where that is so, we pass on the specification and the quantity — not your contact details — unless you have asked us to put you in touch directly.

How long we keep it

Form submissions are stored in this site and in the mailbox they are sent to. An enquiry that does not become an order is of no use to us after a couple of years; a quotation that does become one is kept as long as the commercial record needs it.

TO CONFIRM: the retention periods ALLWINS wants stated, and which mailbox enquiries are delivered to.

Cookies

This site sets three cookies, none of them for advertising:

• PHPSESSID — the session the web server uses to keep a page working while you are on it. It ends when you close the browser.
• wp_woocommerce_session_… — WooCommerce’s own session, which carries the filters you have chosen in the catalogue.
• yith_ywraq_session_… — the quote request session, which remembers what you have added to a quote before you send it.

None of these identifies you personally, and none is used to follow you to another site. Your browser can refuse them; the catalogue still works, but filters and a part-finished quote request may not survive a page change.

Analytics

Google Site Kit is installed on this site. At the time of writing it has no Analytics property connected, so no analytics cookie is set and no visit data is sent to Google.

TO CONFIRM: whether ALLWINS intends to connect Google Analytics. If it is connected, this section must say so, name the cookies it sets, and the site will need a consent banner in regions that require one.

Who else sees it

The site runs on a web host, sends mail through a mail provider, and stores form submissions in its own database. Those suppliers process what passes through them on our instruction and for no purpose of their own.

We disclose personal information to no one else, except where a law or a court requires it.

TO CONFIRM: the hosting company and the mail provider, once chosen, so they can be named here.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask us to delete it. Write to the address above and we will answer within a month.

Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to object to our holding it at all, to receive a copy in a portable form, or to complain to a data protection authority.

TO CONFIRM: which data protection law ALLWINS is subject to — this decides which of the rights above apply and which authority a complaint goes to.

Changes

If this policy changes in a way that matters, the date below changes with it. Small corrections are made without notice.
